The Liberation Patreon is a safe space for Womxn to commune and gather. You connect with empowering content on advocacy, healing, health, wellness and spirituality. You get access to holistic online cooking classes, and embodiment classes (a sensual movement, yoga, meditation, and breath work blend). It is love and liberation for your body, mind and soul.
The Liberation Podcast is a bite-size (15-minutes or less) weekly show where host Bonnielee focuses on honest, raw, in-depth conversations, and the telling of Womxn's stories (and her own) on advocacy, healing, health, spirituality, and wellness, in a SOUL-filled mini session that’s the perfect empowering dose of love, and liberation for your mind, and soul!
